02. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for apartment complexes, individual residences and offices
Vesta Associates provides comprehensive services for maintenance through Annual Maintenance Contracts. We handle AMCs for apartment complexes, residences and offices. Our services include the provision of handymen for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiling, waterproofing, minor welding and normal repairs to buildings.
03. Supply of ACC cement
Vesta Associates is an authorized redistributor for ACC cement. We supply cement at retail prices direct to the construction site.
ABOUT THE Partners
Mr. V. Suresh, a civil engineer who passed out from the Mysore University in the year 1986 securing a rank and distinction, began his career working with M/S Simplex group of companies. Armed with the vision of building better, he started Alpha constructions in 1994. Since then, he has led the company in over 300 projects successfully to their completions.

We provide planning, architectural, detailed design and construction services for any project that we take up. Alpha Constructions guarantees both the quality and the cost effectiveness of any project it executes. We believe that customer satisfaction is an apt scale to measure our success with.
